1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ShowJudge, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this service, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Service Provision

ShowJudge provides a platform for organizing and judging car shows. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

3. User-Generated Content and Custom Naming Disclaimer

3.1 Custom Content Creation

ShowJudge allows organizations to create and name custom show classes, custom judging criteria, and unique trophies (collectively, "Custom Content"). While ShowJudge may occasionally aggregate and surface community-curated Custom Content as suggestions for other organizations to use, ShowJudge explicitly disclaims any liability or responsibility for the specific names, titles, or descriptions generated by our users.

3.2 No Endorsement of User-Generated Content

The presence of user-generated names—including those surfaced as community suggestions—does not constitute an endorsement by ShowJudge. We do not support, condone, or accept responsibility for poor judgment, offensive language, or inappropriate terminology used by organizations in the naming of their Custom Content. Organizations are solely responsible and liable for the content they create and display at their events.

3.3 Content Moderation and Removal

ShowJudge maintains strict standards for our platform and does not condone the use of discriminatory, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate language. ShowJudge reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to review, filter, or permanently remove any Custom Content that we deem inappropriate or in violation of our community standards.

3.4 Limitation of Filtering Liability

While we do our best to actively monitor and filter inappropriate Custom Content from our community suggestions, because content is dynamically generated by users across the platform, ShowJudge cannot be held accountable for community content you may read or encounter, nor can we 100% guarantee that all inappropriate content will be caught and removed immediately. By using the ShowJudge platform, you acknowledge and agree to this limitation of liability.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Sponsorship and Promotional Materials

5.1 Sponsorship Discount

The Sponsorship Discount requires the ShowJudge logo to be featured on at least two show-related materials (e.g., event website, promotional fliers, car plaques, banners).

5.2 Printed Registration Forms and Cards

If you choose to print our registration forms and windshield cards, our logo will automatically be present on those forms along with our website url even if you do not choose to take the sponsor discount. Printing these forms and distributing is completely optional and does not affect using the digital app in any way.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ShowJudge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
