¹ Sponsorship Discount: Requires the ShowJudge logo to be featured on at least two show-related materials (e.g., event website, promotional fliers, plaques, banners). If you choose to print our registration forms and entry cards, our logo will automatically be present on those forms along with our website url even if you do not choose to take the sponsor discount. Printing these forms and distributing is completely optional and does not affect using the digital app in any way.
² Multi-event Discount: Provides a 10% discount on each subsequent event after the first. This is strictly applied at the time of pricing and registration. Events created beyond the purchased limit do not automatically receive this discount and require a separate transaction.
³ Custom Volume Events: While you can host as many events as your organization needs, you will set an expected event count per year during your enterprise quoting process, and your account will be limited to that specific volume. Additional events can be added at any time by contacting sales to expand your plan.
⁴ Unique Trophies: Unique trophies are completely custom trophies named by your organization, as well as shared across the community so you will see suggestions of unique trophies other organizations have created. Be unique, or use a suggestion, it's your choice! Unique trophies are a fun way to recognize participants at your show but are completely optional and not required to use.
⁵ One-Year Custom Term: Platinum / Enterprise plans are billed as a one-time custom charge for a single year of service. They do not automatically renew, giving your organization complete flexibility to adjust volume and features each year.

- Add custom classes (limit depends on your plan).
- Participants can be registered in any available class.
- Grand Champion selection from class winners.
- Lead Judge oversees the overall scoring process.
Custom Judging Criteria
- Appearance, Aroma, Taste, and Finish are always included.
- Add custom criteria like Body, Tannins, etc.
- Judges will score each entry on all selected criteria.
- Overall winner uses combined scores for final selection.
- Lead Judge can review and adjust scores if needed.
